Oro Líquido (Liquid Gold) is an original abstract mixed-media artwork inspired by the beauty and richness of olive oil, a symbol of tradition, nature, and cultural identity in the heart of the Andalusian countryside. Growing up surrounded by olive trees, I wanted to capture the essence of this landscape and its deep connection to my roots.

Created using acrylic paint, textured materials, and gold leaf, the artwork brings together the organic shapes of olives and leaves in luminous shades of golden yellow. Its rich textures and shimmering gold surfaces evoke the brilliance of sunlight falling over olive groves, transforming an everyday natural element into something precious and timeless.
