This project is made up of works that explore the process of regeneration of nature after the destruction caused by fires and the passage of time.

The first piece of this projet, titled "Regeneration", uses burned logs collected in La Esperanza (Tenerife), an area that was affected by the 2023 fire.

The work combines these materials with acrylic paint, sand, cotton and modeling paste to reflect the transformation from damage to recovery and life.

The second work, titled “Dry Nature”, is made with dry leaves, which I have integrated onto the canvas along with the same materials, creating textures and tones that evoke the natural cycle of death and rebirth.

Both pieces use natural materials that preserve the memory of the affected environment, and seek to raise awareness about the importance of environmental preservation and the resilience of the Canarian ecosystems.

Starting from different natural elements I am creating more works that will come to light in the coming months.
